Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days, and delivery normally takes 3–7 working days from when you place your order. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Scottish Islands.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard UK mainland delivery is £2.90 on orders under £60. Orders of £60 or more get free delivery. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders & Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow its progress.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes before an order has shipped, but can't guarantee changes once it's on its way.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Unopened, sealed items can be returned. Faulty or incorrect items are always covered. Full details are in our Returns and Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@dynamicgrove.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll send you the return address and next steps.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, and we never store your card details.
Products
Where do your products come from?
We carefully select products from trusted suppliers, choosing items we'd genuinely use ourselves rather than chasing passing trends.
